Through the KSOP (Knights Series of Poker), tournament victories are no longer temporary achievements. They become enduring digital titles tied directly to ongoing platform success.

This system rewards players not just for winning, but for contributing to the growth and health of the system as a whole.

Platform Overview

The DGEN Tavern is the official poker home for the KSOP Series.

The platform supports:

• Cash games

• Tournament formats

• Qualifier Series

• KSOP Series

All gameplay within The DGEN Tavern is conducted in DGEN.

Rake Structure

The DGEN Tavern applies a flat 4% rake across all games. This consistency enables clear accounting and predictable economic modeling.

100% of rake is divided transparently:

• KSOP Bracelet Royalties - 25%

• Token Burn - 25%

• DGEN DAO - 50%

Rake Structure is not permanent and can be changed by vote in the DGEN DAO.

KSOP Bracelet NFT

Each KSOP NFT represents a championship title, a historical record on chain, and a royalty bearing asset.

Bracelets will be minted on Base and are owned like any other NFT. Royalties follow the wallet.

Royalty Distribution

25% of the total rake generated in The DGEN Tavern is allocated to KSOP bracelet holders. Royalties are split equally among all holders.

A snapshot will occur at 11:59 PM EST on the final day of each month. The wallet controlling the bracelet at the time of the snapshot receives that month’s royalty distribution.

KSOP Seasons – The Battle for The Throne

KSOP operates as a periodic championship format rather than a continuously recurring or calendar-based season.

New KSOP Seasons are initiated through governance when underlying poker activity demonstrates sufficient engagement and economic support to justify additional championship issuance.

This structure preserves the scarcity and prestige of KSOP Bracelets while aligning new seasons with organic growth of The DGEN Tavern.

Progressive KSOP Season Framework

KSOP seasons are governed by a progressive, activity-based framework designed to ensure that bracelet issuance scales with real economic activity rather than fixed schedules.

A new KSOP Season becomes eligible for governance proposal once cumulative DGEN allocated to the DGEN DAO from poker rake, since the conclusion of the prior KSOP season, reaches the applicable threshold below.

As additional KSOP seasons are issued, progressively higher levels of demonstrated platform activity are required prior to approval.

Eligibility Thresholds

• KSOP Season 2

  • Eligible after 150,000 DGEN allocated to the DAO from poker rake since the prior season.

• KSOP Season 3

  • Eligible after 300,000 DGEN allocated to the DAO from poker rake since the prior season.

• KSOP Season 4

  • Eligible after 450,000 DGEN allocated to the DAO from poker rake since the prior season.

Eligibility authorizes the submission of a governance proposal but does not automatically initiate a season. Each proposal specifies prize funding, season dates, championship parameters, and bracelet issuance and is subject to DAO approval.

This progressive structure allows KSOP seasons to occur more frequently during periods of high activity while preserving the long-term prestige and economic relevance of KSOP bracelets.

Governance & Issuance

One KSOP bracelet will be issued per KSOP Season.

The DGEN DAO retains full discretion over the timing, structure, and funding of all KSOP seasons. Eligibility for a KSOP season does not obligate the DAO to provide prize funding.

Accumulated rake and protocol revenue may be considered by governance as a source of season funding, but no funding mechanism is automatic or guaranteed.
